  • Late arrival (more than 10 minutes) will result in cancellation. 

  • To guarantee your reservation, we recommend that clients sign up at least 24 hours before your studio class.

  • You may cancel your online reservation for a full refund at least 12 hours before the start of class.

  • A late cancellation will result in forfeiting the class or a one-time $20 fee for ultimate memberships.
  • Please wear Pilates grip socks (socks available for purchase).

SCULPT arms, abs, ass

A class focused on sculpting those desired specific places in your body to feel sexy when naked💋. We will work on your biceps, triceps, shoulders, abdominals, and glutes.

This is a Reformer class using props, ankle weights, hand weights, and resistance bands.

TOWER full body Advanced

A more advanced class focusing on developing proficiency (contrology- how well your mind can control your body), strength, stretch and lots of core!! Great class for those who want to feel like a gymnast🤸 in today’s world. This is a full-body workout. 

This is a Reformer class using the tower, props, magic circle, and resistant bands.

JUMPBOARD CARDIO abs & legs 

A high-intensity jumpboard class that will help you tone, strengthen the legs, improve mobility and boost your endurance while strengthening your upper body, lower body and core. 

This is a reformer jumpboard class.

This class targets specific muscle groups with low-impact, high-intensity strength training exercises, incorporating weights and resistance bands to deliver the ultimate total-body burn🔥. With a strong focus on form and technique, it’s designed to sculpt and tone your entire body, providing a deep muscular burn while being gentle on your joints. Get ready for a complete full-body workout!

STRETCH body & breath 

In this class, you will stretch all the areas that are constricted in your body, lengthen, recuperate, and release tension. You will flow through a mindful state bringing awareness to your breath 😮‍💨along with quieting the mind and allowing a short meditation and breathwork at the end. Mental well-being is just as important as keeping your body fit; when these 2 are aligned your soul is at its happiest🧘❤️! This is a great class to recuperate and reset the body and mind.

This is a reformer class using props and foam rollers.

A 45 min class focusing on serious strengthening of the glutes from every angle to shape, plump, and strengthen with some soul. Only because you are a good soul doesn’t mean you can’t have a fine asset 😈
